Frank Conner, Chief Executive Officer

Frank has more than 25 years of leadership experience successfully growing technology companies through innovation, focus and execution.  Frank has a strong technology background that spans infrastructure, security, cloud services, supply chain and network management. Prior to joining Extreme Data Control, Frank was Vice President at AltoWeb, a provider of e-business infrastructure software.  At AltoWeb, he expanded the company’s market opportunity and revenue with the addition of cloud-based solutions.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Conner’s was Vice President of WebLogic, the company that pioneered the Application Server Technology which became the major building block of web-enabled applications and merged with BEA Systems forming one of the major infrastructure software provider in the industry. Frank was a distinguished engineer and vice president of IBM’s Tivoli Systems, where he was instrumental in defining and selling IBM security and management products. He previously held senior roles with global IT companies, such as AT&T UNIX Software Operation and Accenture. Frank holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.

Steve Wright, Chief Operating Officer

Steve Wright is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Extreme Data Control. He is responsible for financial planning, and information technology. Wright is also responsible for accounting and reporting, internal auditing procedures, and corporate operations. Wright joined the company as a Senior Finance Analyst and later served as Vice President of Finance. In that role, his primary responsibility was for financial planning, forecasting, and providing direct financial support to the company’s business functions. Prior to joining Extreme Data Control, Wright was Vice President of Finance for RTIME, Inc., a developer of networking technology for delivering real-time 3D Internet applications, which was acquired by Sony. Wright holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University.

Mike Mann, Vice President of Sales

Mike is senior vice president of worldwide sales and services. He is responsible for building and maintaining customer and partner relationships across large enterprises and fast-growing, emerging markets. In this role, Mike will leverage changing IT demands to drive new business opportunities for customers and partners.  Mike has held various senior management positions since joining Extreme Data Control. Previously, he served as executive vice president and group executive, Mainframe and Customer Success where he led innovation and growth for the Mainframe business and Customer Success. In addition, he led a Business Transformation program that aligned organizational initiatives with the company’s business strategy to meet long term goals and objectives. Previously, as vice president of the company’s global business operations and business transformation, he managed all aspects of executing the company’s operating plan. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and his Master of Sciences in management and information systems from New York University.

Dave Holiday, Vice President of Client Services

Dave is vice president of client services. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s solutions strategy, roadmap, and plan. Before joining EDC, Dave served as a partner at Accenture, the global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. During his time there, he was responsible for procurement business process outsourcing (BPO) services, offering strategy and managing a global team of sales architects. Dave also served as vice president of procurement services provider Alliente, a business he successfully built and grew and which was acquired by Ariba. Prior to Alliente, Dave worked for Hewlett-Packard Company in a variety of senior management roles including procurement, financial shared services, and information technology. Dave received his BBA in information systems from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Stephanie Fuller, Vice President of Human Resource

Stephanie is Vice President of Human Resources of Extreme Data Control. She has over 15 years experience in the talent management industry. Stephanie’s responsibilities include talent acquisition, training and organizational development, compensation and benefits, diversity, community relations, and corporate communications and branding. The industry diversity in Stephanie’s career has led to extensive practical experience in organizational change, aggressive growth initiatives, talent and performance management, and HR management. Prior to joining Extreme Data Control, Stephanie was regional vice president of human resources at Dow Jones Inc., where she helped transform human resources into a strategic business function. Before that, she held senior HR roles with Safeway & Liz Claiborne. Stephanie holds a B.A. from University of New York.
