Help Desk/Systems Administrator
We are looking for an Experienced Help Desk/Systems Administrator to support our users and corporate server environment. We are a busy, fast paced department and this could present a significant growth opportunity to the right candidate. We are looking for a quick learner with great customer service skills.
• Support and maintain Corporate Active Directory Infrastructure.
• Support Zinio’s Virtualized Environment.
• Maintain office equipment — printers, fax machines, copiers.
• Maintain corporate network infrastructure.
• Provide Corporate Technical Support.
• Maintain system inventory, helpdesk ticketing, and imaging using KACE.
• Maintain Corporate Server and Network Monitoring.
• Participate in on-call rotation
• 2+ years experience performing Helpdesk and Systems Administration tasks.
• Experience working with mixed PC and Mac Environment.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows 2008 R2 environment
• A Strong Desire to Learn and grow into other areas — ie. Linux, Database, Networking, Vmware.
• Experience working in a collaborative and team environment.
• Experience with Power Shell
• Ability to work under pressure
• Microsoft Certification is a plus
